It is when the actor actually becomes the character, it can be very extreme and it's made for some of the most incredible acting performances. This club will dive into what makes this technique so unique and so successful as well as talk about its limits and why some might push it a step too far (Heath Ledger as The Joker is an example of this).This club will also give you the opportunity to try the Stanislavski method through a contemporary theatre scene. You will be directed and given notes on how to build a scene and put yourself in your character’s mind and body.
