Simply put, it means being aware, aware of yourself, your feelings (physical and emotional), your surroundings, the people around you, and the moment. It's a state of mind and of being. Let's be mindful together and let's play games and activities with that end in mind.
Mindfulness games involve so much! Improvisation games, drumming circles, follow the leader, contemplation, action motivation, and a lot more. It's all meant to help us be aware and able to articulate this awareness through words, actions, and even a lack of actions. You might be amazed at what you're already aware of!
