DeepSeek, ChatGPT and other AI Chatbots are now a part of everyday life and, in many cases, assistants, companions and even therapists. So, can AI replace a psychotherapist? If we asked it questions that are generally asked to a psychotherapist, would it answer in the same way? How deep could it go? Is there a danger of using AI for this purpose? Or are therapists next in line to be replaced? Wouldn't it be great if we had an actual practising psychotherapist to be there with us while we ask such questions to AI and hear her take on it? Well, Lily is exactly that (a human psychotherapist, not an AI) and she'll be hosting this club!
