Have you left a meeting or a conversation with a superior or client thinking it went great, only to realise it went terribly? What if the biggest obstacle in your career isn’t your skillset, but the gap between how you think you show up and how others actually experience you? And what if that gap is far wider than most people realise? These are called blind spots, and we all have them!
In this very interactive and surprisingly fun workshop, you’ll explore what blind spots really are, why they’re so hard to detect, and how they quietly shape your reputation, influence, and results at work. This isn’t abstract theory; it’s a practical, guided exploration of the signals you send without even noticing.
Throughout the session, you’ll take part in short activities, discussion prompts, and reflective exercises designed to reveal your hidden patterns. You’ll complete a personalised Work Insight Scorecard (1–100) based on a simplified, tailored assessment that highlights your strengths, your quick-fix gaps, and a clear 1-week action plan you can immediately apply. You’ll compare how you think you behave with how others actually interpret it, uncovering mismatches you can turn into career advantages.
By the end, you won’t just understand your blind spots, you’ll know how to use them as strategic tools for becoming more effective, more trusted, and more influential at work.
