Mindfulness is the state of being aware of the moment we're in, calmly, while accepting ourselves and our feelings in that moment. When's the last time you really did that?Everyone wants to be loved. Everybody wants to be understood, to feel validated and accepted. And yet, our emotions often stand in the way of these things. How do you deal with your emotions? Have you ever really explored that question? How you deal with them tells us a lot about who you are, where you come from and if people can relate to you.In this club, we'll explore and use mindfulness to find ways to easily connect with people of all ages, levels and even nationalities.
