In this Watch & Talk, hosted by Leon, a psychologist, we’ll explore selected scenes from the award-winning independent documentary Fire of Love. The film follows two volcanologists whose passion for understanding volcanoes becomes both their life’s work and the foundation of their marriage. Through their story, we’ll discuss what happens when two people build a relationship not just around romance, but around purpose, and how love can grow between people who are both fiercely committed to what they believe in. We’ll also confront a deeper question: is there something powerful, even beautiful, about dedicating your life to a cause that may ultimately consume it?
