In this hands-on public speaking workshop hosted by Violetta, a TEDx-certified public speaking coach, you’ll step into the role of an actual TEDx judge. You’ll learn the official judging criteria, break down delivery, structure, energy, and message, and train your eye and ear to spot what truly makes a talk work—or fail—beyond surface-level charisma.

Together, you’ll watch and evaluate 1–2 real TED or TEDx talks, identify their strengths and weaknesses with professional tools, and practice giving a sharp 60-second “judge feedback summary.” This workshop is designed to upgrade both how you speak and how you think about speaking—so you become more precise, more strategic, and far more confident in front of any audience.
