This club will start with a 45-minute yoga session for beginners on the terrace (weather permitting, otherwise, we'll do it indoors). After that, we'll do ten minutes of NSDR protocol. Similar to meditation, NSDR is about calming down the noise in your mind and bringing back control of your senses and perception. It can also help you rest and even fall asleep during the day. Then, with fresh minds and bodies, our discussion will go from 10:00 to 12:00._x000D_

After our minds are clear and our bodies limber, let's discuss and learn juggling! How good is your balance? How adept are you at following rhythm? Let's practice those skills as we learn to juggle together. Juggling is all about balance and rhythm and it's super fun!_x000D_
