This specialty club has two parts and fitness science will be explained and discussed throughout. Get ready to work up a serious sweat in both your body and your brain!
Part 1 is and endurance bootcamp with Svetlana and is suitable for all fitness levels. This will be a full body, endurance-based workout. You will push yourselves beyond previous limits for stamina with Svetlana’s skilled guidance and the motivation of trainer and group. We’ll do a variety of exercises targeting every part of our bodies.After a well deserved break and more fitness science talk, we’ll move to part 2, classic Pilates with Tanya, suitable for all fitness levels. As Joseph Pilates, the original Pilates creator intended, this will be low impact full body training focusing on posture, alignment, joint mobility, muscle flexibility, breathing, coordination, relaxation, balance, joint stability and core.
Throughout all of this, we’ll be talking fitness-science, the AFit specialty. At the same time as we push ourselves and understand our bodies better, we’ll learn about what to do, what not to do and how all of it effects us scientifically.耐力训练、普拉提&健身科学这个SP Club包含两个部分,健身科学贯穿始终。准备好让你的身体和大脑都动起来吧!
