In this club, as with all of David's clubs, you're encouraged to ask questions, give opinions, and even disagree. Although the topic gives us a general direction, the discussion will go wherever we take it, together. It will be deep, judgment-free, and fascinating!_x000D_

No knowledge of psychology or philosophy is necessary for this club but an open mind and capacity for thought would be lovely!_x000D_

Nowadays, one of the most common roots of psychological pain is a feeling that we don't know why we're here. A lack of purpose is a serious existential problem that David deals with in his patients regularly. What are you living for? What's the point? What's the point of all the effort, the emotional pain, the trauma that all of us hold with us in everything we do?_x000D_
_x000D_
Here's the thing, those are important questions and they have answers. Finding those answers gives us meaning. It gives meaning to your trauma, to all the terrible things you've endured, you worry about, you stress over, and you fear. Finding meaning is a superpower too few of us have access to. So let's talk about all of it with David, a head counsellor at a psychological clinic, and someone who wants to share with you. Let's attempt to unearth that superpower in all its beautiful and hard-earned glory by having an open-minded, judgment-free, and intelligent discussion!_x000D_
