This club will be the first of many where we travel the world using hot pots and wine instead of planes or trains. In each club, we'll eat different types of hotpot (Chinese and otherwise) and well pair our meals with different wines hand-selected by the professionals at bottlesXO. The hotpot we'll enjoy this time will be at the classic chain Haidilao._x000D_ _x000D_ Did you know that in the wine community, the idea of pairing spicy food with wine is controversial? And in China, hotpot is traditionally paired with beer. Tania and Dorian, bottlesXO and Popcorn Club want to break the rules!
