Are you familiar with the different leadership styles? Which one is yours? Which one is your boss'? Perhaps you don't fancy yourself a leader, even so, you still have a leadership style. Can we accurately identify our own leadership styles? If we could, how would understanding it help us to improve our leadership abilities? How can recognizing it in others help to better lead them? Or to better understand our own leaders?_x000D_ _x000D_ In this club, we'll learn about and discuss the different leadership styles and we'll try to match them up to ourselves and to people around us. We'll better understand our own strengths and points to improve upon.
