We often say "age is just a number" but how far can that lovely sentiment actually go? And to what degree can you move past the societal and physical implications of your age? "Thirty is the new twenty", that's another great one. But it's kind of true if you think about things like marriage-age and years spent on education... Thirty compared to two generations ago is the new twenty! Or is it? Many offices will often have age groups varying by over two decades working together. So how far will this go? Is age really just a number? And if so, what matters more? Experience, education, mindset, abilities... something else?_x000D_
