Hosted by Sally, a professional restauranteur and food consultant and Riccardo, a Michelin chef from Sicily, this SPClub will visit every aspect of Italian fine dining. First, you'll be trained as a fine dining waiter: service etiquette, set up, serve wine & dishes. Next, you'll be the diner; learn how to speak, order food and the things you shouldn't do. Next, will be food and ordering training: table etiquette, understanding the menu, pairing food with wine, how to pronounce the dishes, pasta categories and basic Italian phrases. Finally, of course, wine and a four course meal will be served for sharing!
