The stories you tell, and how you tell them, shape your career, relationships and the ideas people around you believe in. How do you turn an everyday experience into something people want to hear—and remember? Join Tatsiana, a TEDx public speaking coach, for an interactive storytelling workshop on turning ordinary experiences into engaging stories. We’ll explore how a compelling structure creates curiosity, builds tension and gives a story a satisfying point, helping you recognise the possibilities in moments you might usually dismiss as “nothing special”.
Through discussion, hands-on practice and professional, constructive feedback, you’ll shape your own stories and experiment with telling them for greater impact. We’ll practise choosing meaningful details, cutting unnecessary explanation and using delivery to bring listeners into the moment. No writing, storytelling or public speaking experience is necessary: everyone will have room to try, learn and try again in a supportive atmosphere. Expect laughter, fresh perspectives and practical techniques you can use immediately—in presentations, interviews, everyday conversations and the next time someone asks, “So, what happened?”
