In this workshop, made especially for beginners with no fighting experience, we'll learn and practice together. You'll understand the basics of holds, how to execute them and escape them. You'll understand what to do and what not to do. And you'll be tired yet energised when it's over. You can't become a great fighter in 90 minutes but you can certainly be better than you were before you joined.
