In China for over a decade, Deano has a bachelor's in Communication Engineering and a master’s in Enterprise Management focusing on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership. A former UN youth ambassador, vice president of ZJU Toast Master and Taekwondo black belt, Deano started fitness coaching in 2015 and has since moved on to Positive Intelligence and High Performance Leadership coaching.
