Specifically, we'll be cooking Paella Valenciana, the original recipe for all paella dishes, the great grandfather of one of the greatest dishes to ever come out of Europe! Oh, and of course, we'll make some drinks as well. Sangria, mi amigos! Arguably the most refreshing and fruity summer drink known to man! The great, charming and humble Chef Peter will be your guide in this delicious adventure!_x000D_ _x000D_ As always, you'll learn and practice every step of the process and you will be the chef. This is a high-level, five-star hotel standard cooking workshop. Hygiene, ingredients training, preparing, cutting, cooking and plating are all steps you'll go through with great care. And of course, you will eat! A lot!_x000D_ _x000D_ So what's paella? Well, chef Peter will give you a proper hands-on lesson but basically it has a base of round-grain rice, beans and different meats (usually chicken, rabbit and/or duck) cooked in a lovely Spanish broth with fresh seasonal vegetables. But there's much more to it than that. The spices, the colours, the steps, the time and the love! You'll do it all for yourself and you'll eat it all together._x000D_ _x000D_ And of course, Sangria, the perfect summer drink! It's a drink every European must know, a wine punch, a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, fresh fruit and other secret ingredients which you'll learn all about.
