"World citizen" is a term we throw around a lot lately, but what does it actually mean? With the existence of the internet, does it require extensive travel? Does it require any travel? What are the credentials somebody needs to pass for a world citizen? Is it about understanding languages? Cultures? Different social mentalities? Ot is it more about having a curiosity for all of those things? Does it really just take an open mind? And if so, how can we measure the openness of said mind?
