This club will start with a 45-minute yoga session for beginners on the terrace (weather permitting, otherwise, we'll do it indoors) and then, after a short break, the discussion will be from 11:00 to 12:00._x000D_

Do you have a morning routine? Do you think it's a good one? How much time do you spend between waking up and checking your phone? What does that do to your brain? How does it affect your day, and ultimately, your life? What differentiates between a healthy and unhealthy morning routine? How can keeping a healthy one benefit your life physically, mentally, and emotionally? _x000D_

Mornings are tough! Most of us wake up to an alarm clock and our bodies and minds are still in sleep mode for that first bit of the day. In this club, we'll use neuroscience along with biology to learn about and discuss the benefits of a good morning routine as well as what you can do to get those benefits. Spoiler alert: it might be a lot easier than you think!_x000D_
