This club will start with a 45-minute yoga session for beginners on the terrace (weather permitting, otherwise, we'll do it indoors). After that, we'll do ten minutes of NSDR protocol. Similar to meditation, NSDR is about calming down the noise in your mind and bringing back control of your sensory and perception. It can also help you rest and even fall asleep during the day. Then, with fresh minds and bodies, our discusion will go from 10:00 to 12:00._x000D_
