Julien, a French Chef and Master Baker, runs Si Pattiserie doing baking, and consulting, and his passion; giving baking workshops to aspiring young bakers! He's worked in top bakeries, restaurants, hotels and bakery R&D offices in France, Switzerland, Greece, Australia, Morocco, Malaysia, Japan and China. He's a baking teacher, product developer and a brand ambassador for Cémoi Chocolate and Ambasadeur Du Pain. A celebrity in the industry, he was a semi-finalist for MOF in 2022 and a contestant on CCTV 2's "The Greatest Chef" in 2021, 22 and 23. He's been interviewed by French radio, has done many love cooking demos in France and China, organised Food Festivals, and media events, and has even been the official baker for the CEF meeting from 2013 to 2015.
