Nico, from France, is known across industries in Shanghai as the guy who runs nico_printshop where he's been doing screen printing for 10+ years. He's the go-to for many expat-run companies for printing their merchandise. With a degree in biotech engineering and marketing, he's also a graphic/web designer, entrepreneur (won best new store of the year 2014 by Timeout Shanghai for Upcyle Design Store), and was part of the Chiaccelerator program with 'The Squirrelz. He's fluent in English and French and his Mandarin isn't bad either. An endless student of life and proud manga fan, Nico loves One Piece, football, (PSG forever!) and baking, especially sourdough!

Let's join Nico, the Popcorn Club food expert and proud Frenchman, for a deliciously insightful discussion on bread around the world. We’ll explore how it’s made, what it means, and how it’s enjoyed across continents—and we’ll also uncover some of the best hidden (and not-so-hidden) bakeries right here in Shanghai. Whether you’re a passionate foodie, a cultural explorer, or someone who simply loves a good slice, this is a journey you’ll want to bite into._x000D_
