Capoeira is a fighting style that's as beautiful as it is deadly. It comes from slaves in Brazil who weren't allowed to teach each other to fight so they developed a fighting style that looks like a dance and comes complete with its own music. In this club, Nico and his students will give you an introduction to what Capoeira is and how it came to China. In true Popcorn style, it will be a presentation and a discussion. Then we'll get to it! You'll do a warm up and get to understand the dialogue and the game of Capoeira. You'll do a workshop where you learn the movements and try them for yourself at your own pace under the guidance of professionals.
