Both of these are a must-have in any bartender's arsenal. The Negroni is a classic stirred cocktail which, when done correctly, is bittersweet perfection that satisfies the eyes as well as the tastebuds. Your other cocktail will be a Margarita, which so many bars do wrong! You'll be making it the classic way.
