It's the last Sunday of the month, so that means we're cooking with Nico! This time, we're making two types of mashed potatoes from scratch, and you're invited!

In this month’s Cook & Talk, Popcorn Club foodie host Nico invites you into the kitchen to make mashed potatoes from scratch in two different ways, side by side. As you cook together, you’ll talk about food, culture, and the surprising history behind everyday dishes, why staples matter, how traditions travel, and what food says about who we are. All ingredients and equipment are provided, no experience needed, and of course, you’ll sit down and eat what you’ve made together.
