Ella, from Romania, with a BA in English, an MA in TEFL, and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming among others, was a teacher for a while until becoming a mom. Now she’s more of a student again, an “inner explorer,” learning and sharing learnings from psychology, neuroscience, healing, wellness, spirituality, and more recently quantum physics. Losses of a few kinds and co-parenting started her experimenting with approaches like NLP, NVC, Mindfulness, Self-Inquiry, and HeartMath. These opened up a new world of perspectives and possibilities that she can’t wait to discuss with you!

How are your stress levels? It's an old topic but increasingly important. We all know pretty well how bad stress is. We know it causes and accelerates illnesses. We know how toxic it is. But that knowledge tends to become latent while we continue experiencing stress daily, in both active and passive ways. So to what extent are you being proactive about it? The way you live, work and relate tends to provide endless sources of stress. What are you currently doing to meet this unavoidable “life feature”?
