What’s your relationship with time? Do you feel...
What’s your relationship with time? Do you feel like there’s never enough of it, or do you find yourself with too much? Does thinking about time stress you out, or does it help you stay focused and calm? In this Improv Lab, we’ll explore how our default patterns around time shape the way we experience it. Using the transformative power of improv, we’ll experiment with breaking free from these patterns and discovering new ways of relating to time—without the pressure of having to get it “right.”_x000D_
