Welcome to another journalling workshop where Alysia will help you to help yourself. In this club, we'll use the limitless psychological tool of journalling to identify behaviour patterns in ourselves that are hurting us and stopping us from achieving our goals at work, in relationships, physically, and in everyday life._x000D_

This club isn't about judgment! We're not here to point out "bad" things we do and yell at each other for it. Quite the contrary. We're here to develop and nurture a healthy sense of self with love and compassion. _x000D_

Here's how it works: we'll take a deep look at our own behaviour in recent times. Through questions and supportive group coaching, we'll go deep. And then we'll journal. The point is to look for patterns, not just single acts, but consistent behavioural patterns. Then we'll identify the patterns we find to be toxic to ourselves and/or those around us. Then we'll talk about how we can fix that._x000D_
