Switzerland is famous for many things and pastries are at the top of the list. A crispy, warm, flaky and succulent Swiss croissant will melt in your mouth and impress your friends! Similar to the French croissant but originating in Switzerland, it's filled with ham, almonds and love. You'll actually learn how to make the dough from scratch, create the filling and put it all together guided by Dr. Sacha Stocklin, a professional Swiss chef, instructor and the founder and managing director of CieCAS Cooking School through every step of the process as you bake like a pro! _x000D_

After that, you'll go behind the bar and become a bartender. You'll learn and you'll do. You'll be making a Swiss Wallbanger cocktail based on the Harvey Wallbanger (one of the world's strongest cocktails) that pairs perfectly with the dough, ham and almonds of the croissants._x000D_
