This workshop will be personalised to you. It includes an assessment, pointed questions, activities, and the identification of pain points in your life with the learning of immediately actionable skills to make tiny, deliberate changes for small improvements.

In this workshop, we’ll apply The One-Point Rule, a practical, psychologically grounded approach to real change. You’ll do a fast but honest Quality-of-Life check-in across ten key areas: health, relationships, work, finances, learning, joy, and more. Then we'll identify the one area that’s quietly draining your energy. Together, we’ll ask a powerful and immediately actionable question: what would realistically move this from a 4 to a 5 in the next seven days? No perfectionism. No dramatic life reset. Just clarity, smart group discussion, and one concrete upgrade you can implement right away. This isn’t surface-level self-improvement, it’s about learning how to move yourself forward with precision, intention, and respect for the life chapter you’re actually in.

不追求完美，不搞人生大重启。只要清晰的思路、聪明的讨论，以及一个立刻能落地的小升级。这不是表面的自我提升，而是学会在尊重当下人生阶段的前提下，更精准地向前走一步。
