Welcome to the tasty, complex, and deep world of matcha at LA MATCHA with Lyndsay and Charlie! In this specialty workshop, you will make your own matcha! You'll practise tasting, mixing, creating, and sharing! And you'll learn a lot and have an awesome matcha time along the way!_x000D_ _x000D_ What do you know about matcha? How is it made? Where does it come from? What are the necessary balances? Is it good for you? How can it be manipulated and mixed to create different flavours? How do professional matcha tasters and creators do their art?_x000D_ _x000D_ In this club, you'll get to know two matcha professionals. Charlie is the charming and brilliant cofounder of LA MATCHA and Lyndsay is the friendly and exuberant travelling soul whose life has been spiritually altered by matcha. They both know a ridiculous amount of stuff about matcha!_x000D_ _x000D_ There will be discussions, fun facts and history but that's only the beginning! The practical part will start with tasting and making shots. You'll have three different matcha powders to try and feel and understand. Then you'll use them to make matcha shots and better understand the subtle and not-so-subtle differences between them. _x000D_ _x000D_ Then comes the DIY part! You'll learn about the tools and other ingredients necessary for the proper matcha drinks. You'll use what you've learned to create your own matcha drink, mixing the different ingredients and using the proper tools._x000D_ _x000D_ Then, we'll share. We'll talk about the inspiration for each of our creations. We'll taste each other's masterpieces. We'll discuss matcha, creation, balance, taste, love and life! It's a matcha workshop, yes, but matcha is life.
