Why is self-acceptance important? What were your thoughts and feelings when you clicked on this workshop link? The first step to self-acceptance is to understand one big question: Who are you really? _x000D_

Some people might reckon that the past experiences have made us who we are today. Some might find the way we act and think somewhat resembles our caregivers. And some people see themselves in the lens of others... But, if so, can we still call ourselves “individuals” while we are completely made of things that are given? _x000D_

Do we agree or disagree with the outside world and judgements? That’s when our feelings kick in._x000D_

In this club, let’s start from the here and now. Let's respectfully ask ourselves the question: How do you feel about yourself now? The goal of this club is not to teach, but to facilitate people to help each other to see ourselves more fully. How could we support each other and have better self-care in the future? In the immortal words of Kurt Cobain “Wanting to be someone else is a waste of who you are,”. So, if you're in, let’s rock!_x000D_
