Rösti, considered by the Swiss as a national dish, involves potatoes shallow-fried in a pan and was originally a breakfast dish, commonly eaten by farmers. Combining Rösti with Zurich style meat strips (Zuercher Geschnetzeltes) is about as authentic Swiss food as you'll ever find and it's delicious! _x000D_

This success of this Swiss delicacy relies on fresh, high quality ingredients, attention to detail and a luxurious sauce made with mushrooms and cream. The meat is usually veal, chicken or pork but we're giving it a Zurich twist by using beef. Because Sacha is from Zurich and he loves sharing his home town favourites with you!_x000D_
