In this highly interactive workshop, you'll work in teams to try to find solutions to problems in the realm of self-improvement. You'll brainstorm together and then present your solutions and receive constructive feedback. There will be four rounds, each with a different problem. _x000D_ _x000D_ How can you create a new habit? How can you improve work efficiency or manage stress? These are the types of problems we'll be trying to solve._x000D_ _x000D_ Above and beyond the problems are the skills you'll be practising: brainstorming as a group, listening actively, moving forward productively, respectfully and inclusively, and, of course, presentation skills. Kate will be your guide and with each problem you'll face with your team, you'll get closer, learn more, and get a bit stronger for the next challenge.
