What is manipulation? How can you tell when you're being manipulated? And, be honest, do you ever manipulate others? Another important question is what's the difference between manipulation and persuasion? Some of us are so defensive these days that we're unable to even consider changing our minds because we think anybody with a different point of view is trying to manipulate us. How can you identify them and deal with them? How can you use them to your advantage?
