Why does the start of a new year feel so full of possibility? Psychologists call it the Fresh Start Effect—a phenomenon where a symbolic new beginning motivates us to set goals, break habits, and imagine a better version of ourselves. But what is it about a clean slate that makes us feel so inspired? And why do some resolutions stick while others fade away?_x000D_

In this session, hosted by Lily, an experienced psychotherapist, we’ll explore the psychology behind the Fresh Start Effect and how it shapes our behavior. Together, we’ll discuss why new beginnings are so powerful, how to harness this energy effectively, and what happens when our expectations collide with reality. It’s a chance to reflect on the magic of new year’s motivation and how we can make meaningful, lasting changes in our lives._x000D_
