Who are you, beneath the roles you play, the thoughts you have, and the masks you wear? Have you ever paused to wonder which parts of you are truly you, and which are just reactions, habits, or protections? In this guided discussion, we’ll explore the psychological layers that make up our sense of identity, specifically through the classic concepts of the id, ego, and self. Together, we’ll untangle how unconscious drives influence our decisions, how the ego helps us navigate reality, and how the deeper self might emerge with greater awareness._x000D_

The session will be hosted by Lily, a practising psychotherapist who will guide us through reflective prompts, meaningful discussion, and real-world insights. Whether you're curious about how psychology explains identity or you're simply asking deeper questions about who you are and why you do what you do, this event is for you. No background knowledge needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the architecture of your inner world._x000D_
