If you haven't read the book, it's ok, Sabrina'...
If you haven't read the book, it's ok, Sabrina's here to introduce it to you. The Surrender Experiment is a book about a man's journey into life's perfection. That man is Michael A. Singer, founding CEO of a billion dollar public company who discovered spiritual growth and enlightenment by simply "going with the flow". But is it really that simple? How can "going with the flow" change your life? How did it change he author's life? Sometimes you find a book that resonates so deeply, it feels like it's something you've been looking for for years. "The Surrender Experiment" is that book for Sabrina and she wants to share it with you. _x000D_
Here's a quote:"It dawned on me that perhaps I'd been going about this in the wrong way. Instead of trying to free myself by constantly quieting the mind, perhaps I should be asking why the mind is so active. What is the motivation behind all the mental chatter? If that motivation were to be removed, the struggle would be over."Realizing this opened an entirely new and exciting dimension to Sabrina's already successful practice..."As I explored it inwardly, the first thing I noticed was that most of the mental activity revolved around my likes and dislikes. If my mind had a preference toward or against something, it actively talked about it. I could see that it was these mental preferences that were creating much of the ongoing dialogue about how to control everything in my life."Let's talk about it this book together! Let's talk about life, listening to ourselves and where we really want to go. And let's go there!
