 kout. You will push yourselves beyond previous limits for stamina with Sve
 tlana’s skilled guidance and the motivation of trainer and group. We’l
 l do a variety of exercises targeting every part of our bodies.After a wel
 l deserved break and more fitness science talk\, we’ll move to part 2\, 
 classic Pilates with Tanya\, suitable for all fitness levels. As Joseph Pi
 lates\, the original Pilates creator intended\, this will be low impact fu
 ll body training focusing on posture\, alignment\, joint mobility\, muscle
  flexibility\, breathing\, coordination\, relaxation\, balance\, joint sta
 bility and core. Throughout all of this\, we’ll be talking fitness-scien
 ce\, the AFit specialty. At the same time as we push ourselves and underst
 and our bodies better\, we’ll learn about what to do\, what not to do an
