 ver the world and translated in multiple languages\, it touches us all. Bu
 t what makes poetry good? That answer is totally subjective and we'll defi
 nitelty talk about it. What are the differences and similarities between e
 astern and western poetry? How do the greats of China\, like Qu Yuan's Hea
 venly Question\, compare to the sonnets of Shakespeare? What are the diffe
 rences in style? Format? Theme? How much is lost in the translation?_x000D
 _ _x000D_ Damon is a true lover of poetry and culture and\, in this club\,
  we'll talk about both from different world perspectives and with an open 
 mind. We'll look at different works and talk about them deeply and\, if we
  have time\, we might even practice reciting a few (spoiler alert: Damon's
  in-depth poetry recitation workshop will be happening in the near future)
