DESCRIPTION:<a href="http://popcornclubshanghai.com/event/writing-workshop-
 moral-arguments-25270/register">Writing Workshop: Moral Arguments 写作
 工作坊：如何在小说中构建道德论证</a>\nWhat is a moral argu
ment? What are the characters in a story supposed to think\, do\, and argu
e about? What are your morals\, and how will that affect your writing?_x00
0D_ _x000D_ In this club\, we'll find our moral arguments as writers and c
reate the framework for stories based on them._x000D_ _x000D_ Even when we
don’t intend to share a “message” with readers\, we are. The outcom
e of the story – the choices the protagonist makes – the way they are
rewarded for some choices and punished for others – all of these things
present a moral worldview\, however subtly\, for the readers' consideratio
n._x000D_ _x000D_ But it gets even cooler! Because if you can take conscio
us control of these elements\, you can raise even the most entertainment-d
riven story to far greater heights of purpose\, resonance\, and meaning. T
he greatest stories are full of moral dilemmas that your readers and viewe
rs will remember forever!_x000D_ _x000D_ Let’s work on the moral argumen
t of a brand new story or any writing that you’ve been working on togeth
