 ve a morning routine? Do you think it's a good one? How much time do you s
 pend between waking up and checking your phone? What does that do to your 
 brain? How does it affect your day\, and ultimately\, your life? What diff
 erentiates between a healthy and unhealthy morning routine? How can keepin
 g a healthy one benefit your life physically\, mentally\, and emotionally?
  _x000D_ _x000D_ Mornings are tough! Most of us wake up to an alarm clock 
 and our bodies and minds are still in sleep mode for that first bit of the
  day. In this club\, we'll use neuroscience along with biology to learn ab
 out and discuss the benefits of a good morning routine as well as what you
  can do to get those benefits. Spoiler alert: it might be a lot easier tha
