 minds and hearts? This workshop is limited to five people for optimum resu
 lts._x000D_ _x000D_ Syao and Dudu will be your guides in this calming and 
 enlightening two-hour session of tea meditation and Handpan drum. There wi
 ll be tea\, meditation\, handpan music\, reflections\, and both silence an
 d discussions throughout. _x000D_ _x000D_ Meditation doesn’t only happen
  in temples or classes\, it doesn't have to be an overly serious thing. We
 lcome to tea meditation\, it's drinking tea without talking but it's so mu
 ch more on a deeper level! In this workshop\, tea will become the medium t
 hat brings us to a deeper state of meditation. The energy of the tea natur
 ally goes to places where healing is needed. And then\, with the handpan
 ’s magical sounds\, the ideal environment to get into the meditative sta
