Charlie is the charming and brilliant cof ounder of LA MATCHA and Lyndsay is the friendly and exuberant travelling s oul whose life has been spiritually altered by matcha. The practical part will start with tasting and making shots. You'll have three differen t matcha powders to try and feel and understand. Then you'll use them to m ake matcha shots and better understand the subtle and not-so-subtle differ ences between them. _x000D_ _x000D_ Then comes the DIY part! You'll learn about the tools and other ingredients necessary for the proper matcha drin ks.
