DESCRIPTION:<a href="http://popcornclubshanghai.com/event/can-we-be-happier
-with-less-44616/register">Can We Be Happier With Less?
</a>\nWhat truly makes us happy? Is it ha
ving more money\, more possessions\, and more experiences? Or could it act
ually be found in having less? Studies suggest that beyond a certain incom
e level\, additional wealth contributes very little to overall happiness.
In fact\, psychologists have found that people who simplify their lives of
ten report lower stress levels and higher satisfaction. Yet we live in a c
onsumer-driven society that constantly pushes us to want more\, buy more\,
and do more. Can we really resist that pressure and still feel like we’
re living a full life?_x000D_ _x000D_ In this discussion\, hosted by David
 \, a chief psychological counsellor\, we’ll explore both philosophical a
nd psychological perspectives on what we actually need to be happy—and h
ow much of it is truly necessary. We’ll reflect on whether cutting back
on certain things could actually help us gain more joy\, peace\, and meani
ng. Happiness looks different for everyone\, but the collective question r
emains: in a world built on the motivation of “more\,” can we find the
courage to embrace “less” and discover a deeper form of happiness in
