  matcha time along the way! What do you know about matcha? How is it made?
  Where does it come from? What are the necessary balances? Is it good for 
 you? How can it be manipulated and mixed to create different flavours? How
  do professional matcha tasters and creators do their art? In this club\, 
 you'll get to know a true matcha professional. Charlie is the charming and
  brilliant cofounder of LA MATCHA\, a world traveller\, and knows a ridicu
 lous amount of stuff about matcha! There will be discussions\, fun facts a
 nd history but that's only the beginning! The practical part will start wi
 th tasting and making shots. You'll have three different matcha powders to
  try and feel and understand. Then you'll use them to make matcha shots an
 d better understand the subtle and not-so-subtle differences between them.
  Then comes the DIY part! You'll learn about the tools and other ingredien
 ts necessary for the proper matcha drinks. You'll use what you've learned 
 to create your own matcha drink\, mixing the different ingredients and usi
 ng the proper tools. Then\, we'll share. We'll talk about the inspiration 
 for each of our creations. We'll taste each other's masterpieces. We'll di
 scuss matcha\, creation\, balance\, taste\, love and life! It's a matcha w
 orkshop\, yes\, but matcha is life. When you meet Charlie\, you'll get it
