 that are vivid memories of terrible things that happened in the past. All 
 of them are part of the ecosystem that is your mind\, but here's the impor
 tant part: you control that ecosystem. Let's identify and let's take back 
 control! Let's talk about this with Leon\, a psychologist and counsellor\,
  and let's talk about it from a self-help angle by looking at the evidence
 -based clinical approach known as CBT. Let's look at real data\, and case 
 studies\, and even share our own experiences. Let's have an intelligent\,
