 plenty of opportunities to create something uniquely yours. Along the way\
 , we'll explore the history and culture of smoothies\, discuss whether the
 y're really as healthy as their reputation suggests\, and learn what actua
 lly goes into building a great smoothie. You'll discover how small changes
  in ingredients can dramatically affect taste\, texture\, nutrition\, and 
 even specific goals such as energy\, protein intake\, fullness\, or indulg
