 erica is home to some of the world's most fascinating food traditions\, sh
 aped by indigenous cultures\, migration\, geography\, and centuries of his
 tory. Hosted by Zuhe\, an adventurous traveller from Venezuela\, who is al
 so a proud foodie\, this guided discussion will take you on a journey thro
 ugh the flavours\, customs\, and stories that make South American food cul
 ture so rich and distinctive. But this won't just be a conversation. Toget
 her\, we'll also prepare a simple\, easy-to-make South American dish and e
 njoy it as a group. Along the way\, we'll discuss what people eat across d
 ifferent countries\, how meals bring communities together\, and what food 
 reveals about identity\, history\, and everyday life. It's part discussion
 \, part cultural experience\, and part dinner party\, a chance to travel t
